Foam softened Japanese katana sword. Unlike a real katana, it is a hefty sword without sacrificing maneuverability. Katana Samurai has a tsuka braided real textile fabric – it is both very elegant and more comfortable in your hand. We currently have a black and dark red lace version. Other colors available on request.
Katana is also part of the convenient set of three samurai weapons Set samurai. It includes the Katana sword, the short sword of Wakizashi and dagger Tanto.

Katana is foam softened Japanese katana sword. Unlike a real katana, it is a hefty sword without sacrificing maneuverability.
Katana is also part of the convenient set of three samurai weapons Set samurai. It includes the Katana sword, the short sword of Wakizashi and dagger Tanto.
Against the real katana is larp overgrown – its length corresponds more to the sword Tachi. But the proportions correspond to the katana, and therefore we keep this name.

Material
The sword is multilayered. The body is a durable flexible composite PU foam. To the touch softer but tough elastic and durable. When bent or squeezed, it returns. Fiberglass core with Kevlar coating around the tip. This makes the sword virtually impossible to break. It can withstand great deflection and really big blows, it can reliably attack and cover direct hits. The surface is made of stiffer silicone rubber. The grip is made of a slightly stiffer rubber. Even in a tough contact fight you will not hurt anyone. It is tested and certified for safety and contains no harmful substances.
Blade A reinforced toe, highly resistant. It is well fenced, it can be used as a good training weapon. The A blades can stand comparison with the soft-tipped top.
